Well located in the old town and idea for Christmas Markets, restaurants and sightseeing tours.
The staff were most helpful and deserve to be complemented on there customer service and general helpfulness

Excellent breakfast bar; convenient location, friendly staff. I also hada dinner there which was very good for the price. - The security-when we got there to check in, you had to ring the door bell before you scould get in.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff were absolutely
fantastic, and so helpful with everything. The wooded area was very
peaceful and beautiful, with the city completely out of sight and sound,
yet so near. I do suggest taking the bus - walking with luggage took a
lot longer than expected, especially with a hill at the end. The

We've been travelling for over three months now and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The staff were amazing; the rooms were clean and quiet; wifi was reliable; the breakfast was a huge buffet and there was coffee to go. It was great to leave the car in the free carpark and walk the 2km across the Mosel River into Trier - an amazing historical city. For joggers - head up the hill and onto one of the beautiful forest trails. I was lucky enough to have a rare sighting of a badger. Dinner in

quietness,well away from everything and the end of country road.The view from the terrace was great but even better were the size of the meals served and for a reasonable price .There was a slight smokey smell to the lower ground floor bedrooms hallway but apart from that a brilliant place to stay 10 out 10 - The staff was exellent and so helpfull

Unfortunately the swimming pool and restaurant were closed, but we still had a great time. Personnel was super friendly, breakfast was great, and the room was clean. - Great location right on the river. Instructions on how to get to the hotel very good and accurate. A short and simple drive into Trier only 5 minutes maximum.

Cleanliness and friendlyness of staff - On the first day, the staff welcomed us with a little basket with fresh fruits, while it was not included in our reservation at all. That was a very nice surprise.
