  Well located in the old town and idea for Christmas Markets, restaurants and sightseeing tours. The staff were most helpful and deserve to be complemented on there customer service and general helpfulness Car Parking is secure but off site about 150m away. - Good breakfast, great location for visiting the tourist sites in downtown Trier.   The best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff were absolutely fantastic, and so helpful with everything. The wooded area was very peaceful and beautiful, with the city completely out of sight and sound, yet so near. I do suggest taking the bus - walking with luggage took a lot longer than expected, especially with a hill at the end. The breakfast ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » was perfect with a huge variety, and beautifully presented. The room was also meticulously clean and had a very cozy & warm, yet modern feel. I hi - We've been travelling for over three months now and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The staff were amazing; the rooms were clean and quiet; wifi was reliable; the breakfast was a huge buffet and there was coffee to go. It was great to leave the car in the free carpark and walk the 2km across the Mosel River into Trier - an amazing historical city.
