The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably close to the train station (5 euro taxi ride). Free internet and a/c were a plus. Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !

Η θέση του ήταν πολύ καλή, το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και τα δωμάτια είχαν αρκετές ανέσεις. - Hospitable and ready-to-help staff, cosy rooms, all at hand, excellent location, close to subway station, wonderful Japanese restaurant in the hotel, quick check-in and check out. - Whole stay was fantastic!

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T
