  Location is great; very clean; free Wi-Fi. - The staff were very friendly and looked after us well. The breakfastbuffet had a good choice and always plenty to eat.   It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! - The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.

  we whole family liked a lot. only minus was traffic sounds, but it's not hotels fault and berlin is berlin. it's was very easy to go berlin centrum by bus. - The staff at reception was very good.I got better room than what i had booked.I really enjoyed my stay here.Very good location.Value for money.

  I would like to tell you that they must have included Towels and bed sheets in the rent during online booking. When I reached there, they ask me extra money if I need towels and bed sheets.
