  The hotel is about 100 m from the train station and bus stop. Close to the old town, a supermarket, shops and restaurants. Our room was modern and big enough for 2 people. The room was very clean, the bathroom, as well. The check-in process was very comfortable although was a little different than in other hotels – you have to phone to the owner... τι λέει ο κόσμος » (the telephone numbers you receive in the letter from the hotel after you made a reservation, the phone numbers are written next to the phone, as wel - Parking nearby was convenient. Staff very friendly and the manager's English excellent so no worries there. Explained everything clearly on arrival so there was no need to contact him, although he said he is contactable 24 hours a day. We enjoyed the breakfast which filled us up for the days exploring.   The staff were amazing! Hotel gorgeous - views of the castles beautiful.Food was great. Location wonderful. Bathrooms were fabulous - greatjacuzzi tubs. Both our rooms were great. - It was very calm. Rooms very clean. No carpets, but towels to put in front of bed, which is hygienically perfect. Soap dispensers are environmentally friendly

  The family that runs this hotel is so nice. We didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel but someones home, we will be staying here again. Plus some of the rooms have amazing views of the castles and they are breath taking! Thestaff at the hotel was far above excellent. The room was perfect, thefood and service in the restaurant was exquisite. The hotel is like amix of a hotel and bandB. Our stay was fabulous.

  A family run guest house. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They provided breakfast every morning. Our room faced the two castles. Definently within walking distance of Horn, Schwangau, and Hohenschwangau if you don't mind going for a 20 min walk. It is immaculately clean and well maintained. Nice little balcony with a view of the castle past a bucolic cow pasture. Nice German breakfast of breads, jams, yoghurt, cereal, meats, and cheese. Shutters kept out most of the street noise.

  We visit two families with small children, so we selected junior suite rooms. It was quite good facilities. - Quite a nice room for a reasonable price, wonderful location very close to the 2 castles.
