Good location (not central) close to Tegel Airport, only a short ride on the tram to wonderful Schönhauser Allée and great shopping in Prenzlauer Berg.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day.
