The hotel is located in the very center of the city, however the nearby streets are calm, so at night you can enjoy your rest. It takes just 2 min to reach the S-Bahn station, also you can find here a lot of restaurants and caffee. Every day I took my sandwich on my way to the conference without any time delay.
Especially I enjoyed the hotel sitting-room with wonderful fireplace and library - it was awesome!
I strongly recommend to stay in Monbijou hotel :)

We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

They allowed us to keep the suitcases in the hitel after the check-out (until 4pm). Glasses, cutlery available to use in a kitchenette. Music in the bathroom, hairdryer, soft toilet paper :) close to all metro and train lines, shoppingmall opposite, clean room -

As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy.
The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant. Ηταν διπλα στον u-bahn και ετσι οι μετακινησεις ηταν ευκολες και γρηγορες παρολο που και περπατωντας ηταν ευκολο να μετακινηθεις προς το κεντρο,αν εχεις ορεξη για βολτες. το ξενοδοχειο ηταν πολυ καθαρο και πολυ καινουργιο. It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

The hotel was absolutely great!!! Very centrally located, lots of shops, clubs and restaurants nearby. I arrived at Friedrichstrasse train station and walked in less than 5 min to the hotel. Really interesting hotel, modern, comfortable beds. Fascinating rooms - bring eye shades! Nice to stay in somewhere a bit more original - Nice and clean room and bathroom, friendly English-speaking personnel, convenient location (near Central train station, close to big S-Bahn station).
