  Staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was great. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was very nice. We got to Kiel late at night and it was great being able to walk across the road to the Hotel and then the next day we walked down to catch our ferry to Norway - great location. It's not the cheapest hotel in town but you get what you pay for - definitely worth it. - Location in front of train station, Kielius airport bus station, shopping mall and shopping mile is more than excellent. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.Rooms are modern,spacious and have tea and coffee facilities.Bathroom is comfortable.Free Wifi all over the hotel.Breakfast buffet is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.The panoramic view to the water was very relaxing. I loved my stay there.

  The staff, especially the evening desk staff with whom we had most of our dealings, turned a good experience into a great experience. The on-tap coffee/tea was very welcome. The local döner vendor is worth a visit. - I liked everything about this hotel. I was very impressed with professioanalism, hospitality, and friendliness of the hotel staff. They truly went above and beyond their duties to make sure that my stay was comfortable and they catered for all my needs. The breakfast buffet was superb! I liked the food diversity, high quality and exposure to the local cuisine.
