The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff.

the rooms were clean bright and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, very helpful and had absolutely no problems speaking English to us when unfortunately our knowledge of German was minimal. 1.the room is in one apartment, which is big and convenient, including bathroom, shower room, guest room and kitchen. It is really like a "home"
2.host is very helpful and kind that he allowed us to keep the apartment keys after check-out, because we kept luggages there.

The price is good.
We booked a double room and own a room for 3 people (One double bed and one single bed).
The flat is very big and there is no other guests. Literally, we own the whole flat with two shower rooms.

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. The hotel

almost everything. nice people, nice and large room with lots of considerate elements, care about guest's special request.
very good location, there is a big shoppingmall just around the corner.
The hotel is in the center of city, but in a very very quiet environment. We enjoy our stay very much!

I loved the big Breakfast Buffet we had in the morning. The choice is massive and everything was delicious.

Great location on the Orainenburg Strasse at FrederichStrasse - Right on the old border between East/West. Easy Metro from Central Station to Hotel. Great bar and the best bartender Philip who made our stay very enjoyable! Great Austrian Restaurant adjacent to the Hotel. - The hotel is excellent. Fantastic location, suberb room, lovely staff. The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The internet in the lobby was quite slow but considering that it was free of char

This hotel is well situated for leisure and business it is a modern and a well run hotel. The breakfast was first class varied and plenty full. I would not have a problem with recommending this hotel to friends in the future. -
