  For a 3 star hotel I have to say it is probably the best we have stayed in. The room although a little small, was furnished lovely, bathroom lovely too! Would like to have seen a few more english channels on the tv as there was only ccn news with english speaking, but then again perhaps I should have brushed up on our German lol!   This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake.   Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious, however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we could have been moved to double rooms.
