We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with
underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too
far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very
spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the
indoor swimming pool.

Staying in the hotel provides a very good combination of modern hotel features and good placement.. Our room was compact, bright and very quiet despite facing the railway. It was like in a silent movie watching through the window: train arrived, passengers went out, train went further.

I would like to mention 2 features that I have not experienced before.

Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

Η εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης, το πρωινό, η δωρεάν ημερήσια κάρτα για τις συγκοινωνίες της πόλης καθώς και το welcome drink. - Μοντέρνο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση, ευγενικό προσωπικό, καλό πρωινό και πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό (U-Bahn).

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The internet in the lobby was quite slow but considering that it was free of char

the rooms were clean bright and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, very helpful and had absolutely no problems speaking English to us when unfortunately our knowledge of German was minimal. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, with a gorgeous view of the river Spree where boats go up and down all day long. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms are luxurious with very modern fitting and a bathtub with an amazing view. Bellevue S bahn is only a 5 minute walk away and takes you to the city centre in another 5 minut
