  The staff was wonderful! We arrived at the hotel around 10 am after a long bus ride and we were able to check in early.The room was better than we ever imagined. It was spacious and very clean. We had more than enough towels and sheets for one night..and there was even a hair dryer in the room which we were not expecting.   Fantastic value for money hotel/hostel in a great location. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The toilet was faulty but fixed almost immediately.   Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was wi-fi available and they served a varied and good breakfast, which was included in the price.   Location was great for the Schanze area nightlife, was nice hotel, large clean room and bathroom. - Very clean friendly hotel and very close to nightlife in Hamburg. I'd recommend the Fish Market on Sunday morning which was had live bands on from about 8am.
