The hotel was only a few months old in December/2013, so everything was brand new and colourful. It is located behind an apartment block in a somewhat narrow street, so the first impression can be misleading: the interiors are really great and comfortable.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, very quiet location, which came as a surprise, given the busy street address (but it is in the 2nd backyard - no noise ets through to there).

We loved our stay in the circus apartments. It has the most amazing stuff you will ever meet, apartment was roomy, beautiful and spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

Very nice design hotel - nice big room - good location close to U-bahn, restaurants and close to Alexander Platz (10 minutes walk). Quit area.
Free wifi - worked best in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again when returning to Berlin !
