My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a
skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much
to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy
train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase)
and then we always took the flights of stairs to the lobby level (

there is an elevator), and then the spiral staircase up one flight. The
rooms were clean and comfortable. . . and free wifi! Just down from ur

The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and

Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

The appart is in a block of flats,near innsbruck platz,far from the centre but very convenient.it is clean,you have all you need,at the ground floor there is a turkish supermarket.for people who want to stay several days in berlin it's very good value for money. -

Excellent location (very good connection with Berlin Schonefeld Airport, easy to get to main attractions) around many shops, restaurants and short distance to Lidl, very nice and very clean apartment with all facilities what we need (kettle, fridge, toaster), comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, good price for apartment in the center

We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was
stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in
our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm
and close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was big and very
modern. A very good value for money.

It was very quite even though it was in the center of the
shopping/business district. Close to everything important in a big
city visit (culture, shopping etc.) Friendly staff. -

The apartment was very central to everything, it was very spacious especially with three of us in the apartment and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
