  The staff was very friendly and most helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was an added bonus!   Very friendly and helpful staff, small and calm hotel in the near of Koeln Messe and -important- the Lanxess Arena. I stayed there because of the IIHF Icehockey World Championship in Germany and I have to say that I enjoyed the time absolutely.
