It was our second time in this hotel, unfortunately we didn't get the same huge room as we got for the first time, but it was still nice, cosy, clean. All guys at the reception are really nice and helpfull! Good location, close to the s-bahn, u-bahn,bus stop, supermarket Aldi, number of nice restaurants and zentral bus station(ZOB), where normally

I spent just 2 days in Berlin and I used the hostel just to sleep. Was an excellent experience. The hotel is not sofisticated but very clean, organized and quiet. The hotel is located around 100 meters to a subway station and supermarket. This hotel is real value for money. It s strongly recommend.

Good, clean, no-frills, accomodation. Excellent breakfast with a good choice (and a good view from the breakfast room on the 8th floor). Location suited us - free parking on the ring road with good access to the city (on bikes, S and U-Bahn). -

the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

We were given a huge room which even after we'd stored our luggage (we were touring by car) left us lots of space. The hotel also faces onto a busy road so expected some road noise if you are given either the two largest rooms, which face the street. Other rooms face the rear of the hotel and will be less noisy.

I liked everything!! the owner was already there waiting for us an hour before we arrived, and he was really nice. Very nice and quite neighborhood, next to the train stop, and a very safe location. The room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended! -

Very friendly staff, good location (the s-bahn station Hallensee is within 2 mins walking distance), good breakfast + other nice extras (eg donut on New Year's Eve after we came back from the city centre, glass of Buck's Fizz with our breakfast on the morning of 1 January), beautiful characteristic building and rooms. - Lovely historic hotel, small

The hotel was easy to reach by car, and there were plenty of parking spaces around it. The receptionist was nice, my room was large and bright, incl. a modern en suite bathroom. The wonderful recent refurbishment of the spacious room we were given made the stay very pleasant indeed - the hotel is very close to Berlin's splendid U-Bahn transport system making getting aound the city and to and from the airport very easy. Hotel is located in a very nice area and it was easy to get around. Bus stops were a short walk away. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend it. - Very quiet, clean room. Shared toilet is also very clean. 10-15 minutes walking to the nearest bus stop (M19, Herbertstraβe stop).

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening.
The spa area is amazing.
Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours!
There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.
