I would suggest planning to cook a few meals yourself, as the local restaurants are pretty dreadful... - This place was wonderful. Our two-bedroom apt had a large livingroom and nice kitchen, with top-floor dormer windows looking right out over the Frauenkirche square. Very clean, very nice. We couldn't have been closer to the action, and the street where we enter the apt is full of cafes and bars.

  I have been travelling with a group of my students and Dresden was our first stop during 10-days trip around Germany.
