I liked that it was a little apartment with a seperate kitchen andentanceway. It was more like a minature home. I liked that I mentionedwhen I came for the key that I wanted a cab at 4:30 in the morning andit was there the next day right on time. - Very quiet hotel with room facing courtyard; access to basic cooking facilities; very pleasant reside

γενικα ολα ηταν πολυ ασχημα - Located at the northern end of one of Charlottenburg's popular avenues, the apartment is located in a block shared with twenty or so german families. As such, it is located in a nice, living community. - Easiness of the procedure: payimg in cash and getting the keys - at the end just leaving the keys inside

the staff very kind and nice. it was pleasure for us to return every night to the hotel. the brakefast was very good. the next time we'll travel to berlin we going to stay there for sure. - Very friendly people, quiet place, convenient location, unlimited breakfast

were only german and russian, but it was fine to comunicate. Clean bed

Beautiful contemporary design. The breakfast buffet provided very good food. The room was spotless. The swimming pool is part of the rehab center and a real find if you want to swim laps. Because this hotel is really part of a hospital, it is rather unconventional. But it is spotlessly clean, and clinically run! The swimming pool doubles as a therapy pool for patients, so may not always be available, but it too was spotlessly clean, and I loved having it. Generous breakfast buffet was included in our special deal, and was good. Car parking was free and plentiful.

We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in
Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station).
We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment.
Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed
rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean

Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).

The flat was very clean with plenty of space and lots of wardrobes for storage. The kitchen was well equipped and all in good order. Rooms and bathroom were big enough for 2 people. In a very convenient area close to the U Bahn stations. The landlord was very pleasant and helpful. Will recommend it! -

The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants, stores, even a
market & a laundry facility near by to wash our clothes before our
departing to Paris for another 5 days. It was really helpful. Although

Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- B
