  Very clean. Good beds, good shower. Enough space en very friendly people working here. Basic and clean. If you walk along the road under the railroad tracks it is about 5-10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof. Italian restaurand, with good food for little money and friendly staff, next door made my kitchenett pontless, and i don't regret it. it's very close to many "must see" places. Really 5 minutes walk to Haupbanhoff (with heavy luggages add extra 10 minutes time), by taxi 1,5 minutes to drive. No screaming party drunks were heard in 5 days of my stay. suits very well for families.

The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there.
