Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

We were a group of four adults and two small children, the apartment was easily big enough for us. It is located on the second floor -
in general all very ploho.ne not something extra, but all German pedantic. in the bath and the kitchen has everything you need. in the tsenntre Berlin is very convenient.

The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want.
Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections.

The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

Such a nice apartment, we felt like we were at home! the young man responsible for the key handover was very friendly and helpfull, he was already there as we arrived. very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

The location of the hotel, which is right beside Check Point Charley, and represents a perfect starting point for an historical and cultural sightseeing! Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!

As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy.
The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant. Ηταν διπλα στον u-bahn και ετσι οι μετακινησεις ηταν ευκολες και γρηγορες παρολο που και περπατωντας ηταν ευκολο να μετακινηθεις προς το κεντρο,αν εχεις ορεξη για βολτες. το ξενοδοχειο ηταν πολυ καθαρο και πολυ καινουργιο. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was within a short walking distance away. Every easy to get around and see the sights. There was a train/metro station just 2-3 minutes outside of the hotel door. -
