At first, I had booked a 16-day stay at the standard rate, which did not include a desk and a chair. I immediately upgraded and had a very enjoyable stay. As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy.
The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant. Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Can walk to Brandenburg Gate/Unter Den Linden which we did with 2 young children and kids Grandmother. Stadmitte U Bahn also very close. We only had breakfast on the last day in the hote

Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market.
Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner.
Staff were friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped

I loved the big Breakfast Buffet we had in the morning. The choice is massive and everything was delicious.

This apartment and the staff are really amazing! Quiet, modern and fully furnished this apartment is the perfect place to visit and to stay in Berlin. Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.
