The decor and attention to detail....Personal style and not typical chain hotel...Good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant... Nice clientele, so quality fellow guests not package tour brigade..Staff very helpful and quality...Food good...Nice wines....Stayed in 4 hotels as car was being repaired ,my children thought this one the best,me too. -

the hotel was lovely and one of the bar staff was really friendly and helpful and even booked us a table at a restaurant that he had recommended for a romantic meal as my boyfriend and I had got engaged the night before

Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes
including the hotel itself. There is Alexa shopping mall 2 minutes away

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. Μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο - Very large comfortable room. Hotel in an excellent location close to transport, restaurants and trendy shops. - Great location in Mitte. Great breakfast. Very close to museums and transportation.

Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The bar manager Andre even organised my 60th birthday! Organising champagne with strawberries when I came down from my room, a taxi for the 6 of us and a booking in a fab Ital

We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

Lovely welcoming staff.
We had a standard double room with a very comfortable bed. The room was nicely spacious with an apple computer with Internet and ipod speaker doc.
The shower was stocked with White Company products and and Asprey soaps. Very nice!
They have a great do not disturb policy and let each guest just enjoy their time away.

near Alexander Platz, the rooms are well designed, modern and all

The location was good, just a little out of the heart of the city. There was plenty of room to move around. Everyone on the staff spoke fluent English. Best food is two streets behind the hotel. Not a great selection on the main street. But found plenty of great food two blocks behind the hotel. If you want to get away great hotel...if you

Loved the style! Also, I loved being in Prenzlauer Berg close to great shops, restaurants, etc. It is conveniently located to Alexanderplatz, but not too close that the Chaos from that comes near by. You can take the tram 3 stops or walk there. Beautiful light, comfortable studio! I wish I had an apt. like this in Berlin. :)

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The hotel was in a good position within the city within easy reach of the centre and other amenities. - peace and quiet, beautifully and thoughtfully designed modern apartment, quirky fountain garden, helpful but not intrusive staff

Ανετο δωμάτιο, ζεστό και φωτεινό! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό και φοβερή ευκολία ο σταθμός του ΜΕΤΡΟ, μόλις 50μ. από το ξενοδοχείο. Η όλη δομή του ξενοδοχείου σε βοηθάει να χαλαρώσεις πραγματικά. - ωραία and άνετα δωμάτια, ησυχία της τοποθεσίας, εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεαφοράς

Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.
If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others.
The only weak point is the "arty-farty" restaurant with very short menu and

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.
