Very roomy, Ikea style furniture, absolutely private, great location in the centre of the city, close to a huge supermarket. Felt like our home! The best accommodation we ever had in the last 10 years of travelling.
Stairs give you exercise!.
Great apartment right in the center of the old town. It is close to all

We stayed at one bedroom apartment for 3 nights. The apartment without balcony was way spacious than what I thought before I stay. The owner has very good taste of decoration. That's why the room is very stylish.
Everything was perfect... the location, the large, modern, clean apartment. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (no skimping with towels, etc!) Highly recommended.

A good value old town central location apartment with plenty of room. You could not do better for the money in Koblenz.

The arrangements to pick the key up could have been given at the time of
booking which would have made it easier rather than phoning an hour
before arrival and only getting a recorded message.
I was disappointed to find that there was no parking close by. The nearest was a multi story which cost 15 euros a day.
The kitchen and the dining table were a bit small. But the kitchen included most of the cooking tools which was quite convenient. Besides, it was pitiful that there was no bathtub.

No washing machine or dish washer, however the very reasonable tariff needs to be considered. Upon arrival the management contact and key collection arrangement leaves a bit to be desired.
Steep stairs to third floor.
Instructions need be clear that key can be collected from the pawn shop. No elevator and 4 flights upstairs.
Really all was OK. But you will keep in mind there is no reception and you will contact with owner to get keys and especialy to leave it. Small washbasin :).
Parking is not possible near the apartment the closest being a multi-story public car park costing 15euros per 24 hours.
No cleaning service & changing towel.

Attic Apartment above a pawn shop in a depressed area of town. 6 flights of steep steps giving access to attic apartment. Very noisy location with Church Bells up to 10 pm and drunks leaving bars until 5 am. Lack of room and workspace in tiny kitchen.
