Our room was spacious yet comfortable. - Everything.. the room on the top floor was so unusual, beautiful in unexpected way with skylights and absolutely breathtaking views of the river and red tiled roofs of the old city. It's very successful mixture of old (building, room configuration and size) and modern (facilities, excellent Internet connection).

The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town. I'd like to say a lot

Το σημείο που βρίσκεται - Loved the location. Food was excellent. Breakfast room delightful. We saw friends and family and historic sights. - The staff is excellent and the food in the hotel restaurant is just great!

The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean.
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg.
The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.
The tram stop is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. -

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within minutes you are at the Bismarckplatz or the Hauptstrasse. The rooms are quiet and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Heidelberg. - The feel of the hotel. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. The location.

This hotel is off the beaten track but that makes it quiet. I stayed for 7 nights in November and never had a problem with noisy neighbors or traffic. It is located close to public transport stops which made it convenient for me to get anywhere I wanted to go. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices at the best price I experienced in my Germany vacation. Casual atmosphere, clean and cozy.
