  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.   A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city.   the decpration of the room - Super convenient way to position yourself for a very easy transition to the airport. Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.
