  Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious, however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we could have been moved to double rooms. Each detail had been worked out. The room (and bed) was very comfortable. All was clean. Bathroom good, shower good. Lighting good. Quiet. Air conditioning if required. Good breakfast.

  Close to the center of Hamburg and close to S and U- Bahn. Rather close to Lidl. Refridgerator and electric kettler in the room. Free coffe in the morning, even if you didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Helpful and nice staff.   As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel. The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe. The bedroom section was roomy enough to accommodate both my manual wheelchair and my larger outdoor scooter.
