  the room was very clean and new and it was very roomy. the bathroom had a fantastic shower. the location of the hotel is excellent, the street behind the hotel is full of restaurants. there are nice breakfast places there as well, so no need to pay for the hotel breakfast. there were some reviews about noise, but that was not my experience. we ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » were only on the second floor but it was not noisy - The room was fantastic - really spacious and with a good view of the Alster. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre.

Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.

  Being welcomed at the hotel in a very friendly and polite way throughout the short stay. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way.
