Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

Very charming hotel. Huge room, beautifully decorated. Kitchen facilities included, though I didn't have a chance to use them. Close to the train station, but on a quiet side street. Very nice. - location and quality of the room and amenities

I don´t remember a hotel with as nice staff as the Hotel Hessischer Hof

Efficient, friendly and seamless service. Staff were highly professional and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.
