  The staff - friendly and professional and courteous. The modern amenities. I left my phone in the room when I checked out. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

  Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.   I have stayed here before and loved how close it was to the airport and the staff have always been very warm to welcome you to the hotel and assist with anything you may need. The shuttle service runs 24hrs and makes it nice for getting to the airport on time. I will use this hotel every time I am passing through Germany. - My stay was very comfort... τι λέει ο κόσμος » able , Hotel staff speak good English and smiling . Picked up at the airport , drop off in 5 minutes to the hotel . checking in was mere 5 minutes and everything is great about this hotel ( Room , Food , Ambience , transportation , staff)
