Wonderful staff, great restaurants and bars, great food for room service, large room, clean room, comfortable beds. I was shocked for the low rate we paid how excellent this place was. 8 minute walk to the cathedral and train station was good too.

Small, but lovely room. Staff nice and truly friendly. A really nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. - I loved the buffet breakfast. The staff were very kind and friendly. They recommended a park to go running and the hotel is a short distance from a great running route.

We were staying in xl Art room overlooking the River Rhine. It was well
worth the money, as we booked well in advance. Tram stop very close,
easy to reach Koelnmesse, shopping area/centre only 15 min. On foot.
Room size was great, and clean. Added bonus: coffee maker (tablet). If

Most of the staff were very friendly&helpful. The room was superb, very spacious& the decor was very funky&modern, bed was lovely&comfortable.the location is great only a 5 min walk to the old town along the river with some great places to eat&enjoy a few drinks. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. Having stayed at the Euro Garden Hotel several times before I knew what to expect and I was not let down. the staff was very kindness, the breakfast buffet was very good and with a loto of things, the staff can also prepare foods that aren't on the buffet.
A PC with an internet connection is available for all the customers. - Close to tram to City center, value for money, parking, excellent room accomodation and helpful staff.

Excellent!!! - The room was very large, which was great, the sauna/steam room facilities were excellent, and the fact that it stayed open so late was brilliant. Breakfast was also very good, staff very helpful and pleasant.
