Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Η οργανωση του προσωπικου - Hotel was easy to reach by road, it was a little out of town but there was a tram stop 10 minutes away, which would take you into the city in 10 minutes. - Had lunch,stayed overnight with excellent breakfast. Visited the city

καθαρα δωματια - Room very quiet. Hotel within walking distance of city centre. - The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel and we will use this hotel again.

Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

the staff was very kindness, the breakfast buffet was very good and with a loto of things, the staff can also prepare foods that aren't on the buffet.
A PC with an internet connection is available for all the customers. - Close to tram to City center, value for money, parking, excellent room accomodation and helpful staff.

The hotel is in a good location for transit to Cologne. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The bilingual staff were helpful and friendly. The owner was above-and-beyond in every capacity of client service. I grew up down the street from the hotel and came back for the first time since childhood and she took me on

The location, the staff, the atmosphere... - Proximity from the U-Bahn station (~200m), though in the night it might be tricky to find your way because trees obstruct the view. Maybe there should be a small description how to get to the hotel from the station?

I would not mention some special positive , but i my stay i could feel a positive atmosphere and the staff people where at all the time very nice and friendly.
