  Excellent location opposite the K-D ferry quay and it is definitely worth paying extra for a room with a river view balcony. Good choice at breakfast. - The staff; they were able to direct us to parking and had a place we could store our bikes. Also the hotel is in the middle of everything in Cochem.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location was great - right near the river and the center of town. We couldn't figure out how to use the telephone system to get a wake up call (due to the language barrier) so the staff personally came up to our room to make sure that my husband woke up and made it to his meeting on time.
