Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. This apartment and the staff are really amazing! Quiet, modern and fully furnished this apartment is the perfect place to visit and to stay in Berlin. Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

προσωπικο-ανεση-σχεση αξιασ τιμησ. - I had a wonderful, large suite that was very well equipped and incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located. - The hotel is at an excellent part of Berlin-Mitte. The suites are clean and very modern.

We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.

Βρίσκεται στον πιο εμπορικό δρόμο του Βερολίνου, είναι δίπλα σε στάση μετρό και κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα - Excellent hotel. It was in the best position possible for seeing Berlin, the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful and the rooms, bar, lobby, public loos' were all we could have wished for and more. Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) . Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.
