The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

Very clean, good neigbourhood, 5 min walk from U Bhan, very good price. What I liked most is the fact that the hotel manager was never tired of giving us good touring advices, according to our interests. I might also add that although check in time is at mid day, they waited for us until our flight arrived at midnight, aroung 1 AM. That's what a go

Staff were great and tended to my every need politely. Breakfast was great. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left. I felt safe there and had a great view outside. wireless, parking and bedlinen/towels were all included. - The hotel has a nice location, very central and few meters from the s-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The big windows hardly block out the light though so do consider brin

The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! -
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.

sheets in the rent during online booking. When I reached there, they ask

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.
