Friendlinest staff I´ve ever met in hotels I´ve travelled and there´s been quite a many of them. Location especially in case you are intrested in Nikolai Viertel shops.

You have to get to restaurant (there´s many of them) to have a breakfast.

Very nice staff, location is perfect for a city trip. New hotel, so everything looks great and the room was very big. The room was also very silent, no outdoor noices. Loved it! No parking at the hotel (it's located in a walking area), but after you figure out where you can park, it's not a big problem.

We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. He prepared freshly made (complimentary) espressos that we enjoyed in the lounge with delicious christmas cookies and chocolates until we decided what to do with our day. He helped us book a last-minute city tour and provided detailed information for the Christmas markets. While our room was being cleaned, he provided us with the key and we went on the city tour - leaving our luggage at reception. On return, our luggage was neatly placed inside the room waiting for our arrival. Such an amazing reception - like no other! Location was perfect, the room was clean, modern and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

- Not so easy to find but Nikolai area is not so big so in 10 min you will find easy the Hotel!

- The staff at reception was very friendly and accomodating. - New hotel, room was very clean - The hotel is close to the Museum Insel and Unter dem Linden (brandenburger Tor, Christmas Market Gendarmenmarkt, Friedrichstrasse).

It might be a bit tricky to find the hotel, but is a VERY friendly hotel completely dedicated to give you a very good comfortable time. It all started when we checked in till the moment we checked out. It's family run hotel and the rooms are very big with a fresh new modern interior. It lies in a quiet neighborhood and everything is nearby. A couple of minutes walk to alexanderplatz and the subway. If I go to Berlin again, I will stay there!

too bad they don't serve breakfast.

This is a new hotel in a charming area of Berlin--Mitte. I chose it because it was only a half mile walk to Museum Island which was the main reason for my trip to Berlin. The friendly owners have done everything they can to make one feel welcome.Nearby Reinhards restaurant was delicious and well priced. Shopping areas incl. mall nearby for in-room snacks. Highly recommended.

It is a bit difficult to find in a small alleyway/street not far from Alexanderplatz and Museuminsel. The taxi driver asked for directions and we found it.

Perfect location for most important tourist attractions, close to the metro station, very close to the Central Station. Great staff, very friendly and polite, perfect huge room. No breakfast but there are lots of cafe's around, should be a problem. For better food I would advise to move a bit direction Pankow, 5 min with U8, around there lots of restaurants with much more democratic prices. But if you are in a mood for fancy restaurants, near the hotel there is the whole bunch of them.

Well, nothing actually, maybe for my taste personally bed was a bit too soft, so people with back issues shall be aware. But its quite personal, for the rest just a great place.

Modern hotel, opened appx 2 months ago. Impeccably clean. Great location near TV Tower. Super helpful staff. Very spacious for 3 persons (couple with 12 year old). No dining services, but great food options close by. Would definitely return.

Not enough "counter space" in bathroom for your personal items, esp. for women, e.g. makeup, creams, etc. But given the high quality of everything else, this is being picky.

Just amazing ! Small and unice Like a butice style hotel! במיוחד לישראלים אירוח חם ואוהב. מנהל המלון הוא גרמני יהודי שעשה עליה וצבא והוא אחלה גבר הוא עזר לנו כל יום וכל ערב מה לעשות ולאן לצאת מומלץ בחום!

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german restaurants.
