The staff is very polite and do their work well. Their facilities are also in very good conditions, and the staff is very receptive to fix any problems that may occur. The bathroom/wc and kitchen and living area is being cleaned every day. Overall the place is very comfortable and you really get your value for money. And the location in Kreuzberg is perfect, because you are not in the middle of Berlin, but just to the south of it, and 5 minutes walking away from the nearest U-bahn. όλα τα σχόλια »
Location is good , easy for take the U- bhan ..underground ..very practical ..with a three day or 72 hours welcome card ..you find in airport by arrivel .
I had contact with the people by mail before ..I came on time ..everything was ready and clean ..she explain about the room and bathroom and give me the keys ..and told me where I could drop them by check out ..paid ..and that was it ..I could straitgh away enjoy my citytrip :-).

Location is quite good, value for the money as well, especially for the big city. The place is in the good shape and everything is as it is in the information. It is a great thing that there is a net included in the price.

At first it was hard to find the place by car, because the name of the place is written very low on the building and rather obscure.
- As a visitor, one would expect be offered basic information about what is available in the apartment and what can be found in it's immediate surroundings. For example: Map of the area, nearest supermarket, good restaurants/ cafes, leaflets with tourist attractions and possible deals, etc. This can be often displayed on a board in a communal area. We were given some information, but we had to ask.
If you are arriving there is no one to meet you in the place, which is OK for this kind of accommodation, but at least minor explanation prior to arrival would make the entrance much easier. Also, few things could be repaired in the venue, but nothing much.
Parking is street parking and not guaranteed. We had no trouble. No parking at the apartment even for loading or unloading.
