I think my trip to Berlin would have not been the same if I stayed
somewhere else. Staying here I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing
staff that was willing to help you 27/7 in any needs you had. They
work there because they feel passionate about their job and creating a

were modern and cleaned every day, and the social area always had people
willing -
I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this....

It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The big windows hardly block out the light though so do consider brin

The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! -
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.

The appartment (Pannierstrasse 28) was really nice in its Japanese style and very well equipped. Even in the kitchen everything that you normally miss in apartments was in place (e.g. toaster, teapot, coffee-machine etc). The apartment is located in the backyard, what means no noisy traffic infront of the windows at all (noise from balconies can occur thought). Bus-stop, Rent-a-bike and supermarket in 1 minute distance.

Φιλικό προσωπικό και ευγενέστατοι υπάλληλοι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό, ζεστό και πολύ καθαρό. Υπέροχο πρωινό. Το ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά σε σταθμό S, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού. This is our home in Berlin. Very nice staff, nice comfy room and a small kirchenette. Good supermarkets a few hundred meters from the hotel. Ubahn and bus within 6 min walking. 20minuteswalk to Tresor Club or in an other direction Wild at Heart for some Rock. If you want to walk to Brandenburger Tor its about 30 min. The kebap at Princenstrasse ubahn is super!!

Superbly efficient, rapid and courteous check in despite many guests ariving at same time. Many De Luxe hotels could learn from Mercure's staff and their work systems. Room (junior suite) was impeccable, plain but perfect for price, great large bathroom and extremely pleasant. Room service quick and efficient. Breakfast top quality with huge choice

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. The hotel

almost everything. nice people, nice and large room with lots of considerate elements, care about guest's special request.
very good location, there is a big shoppingmall just around the corner.
The hotel is in the center of city, but in a very very quiet environment. We enjoy our stay very much!
A free bottle of water provided in the room.
