It was a good location just off the main road so quiet but very close to shops (there was also a park with small lake just around the corner). Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. The hotel

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

This hotel is well situated for leisure and business it is a modern and a well run hotel. The breakfast was first class varied and plenty full. I would not have a problem with recommending this hotel to friends in the future. -

The location was very close to the U-bahn station and supermarkets for getting food for the apartment. The area is very quiet at night and we saw no trouble.I would highly recommend staying with City Rentals for value for money. I will be choosing them again on my next trip to Berlin next year! -

As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy.
The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant. Ηταν διπλα στον u-bahn και ετσι οι μετακινησεις ηταν ευκολες και γρηγορες παρολο που και περπατωντας ηταν ευκολο να μετακινηθεις προς το κεντρο,αν εχεις ορεξη για βολτες. το ξενοδοχειο ηταν πολυ καθαρο και πολυ καινουργιο.
