Staff members were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and warm. Location wise it was perfect for us. We would certainly recommend Pension Kreuzberg to friends and family. -

The staff were very, very nice and helpful. The fact that the reception is open 24h is really nice as well.
I liked the room, which was very clean, and well planned so that the fact that it was quite small didn't really matter. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

The value for money at Hotel Johann is excellent, beautiful and spacious room with high ceilings, there is no air condition in the hotel but even during hot days, room remained cool....
Excellent breakfast with top quality products/ingredients!
This was a 2nd stay at Hotel Johann and we will certainly come back.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was within a short walking distance away. Every easy to get around and see the sights. There was a train/metro station just 2-3 minutes outside of the hotel door. -

The location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, the design is gorgeous and the breakfast delicious. The hotel is very quiet, the design very interesting and the personal is very friendly. - Room design and usage of space. Excellent breakfast. Polite staff.

Superbly efficient, rapid and courteous check in despite many guests ariving at same time. Many De Luxe hotels could learn from Mercure's staff and their work systems. Room (junior suite) was impeccable, plain but perfect for price, great large bathroom and extremely pleasant. Room service quick and efficient. Breakfast top quality with huge choice

Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

Such a nice apartment, we felt like we were at home! the young man responsible for the key handover was very friendly and helpfull, he was already there as we arrived. We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.
