The staff is really friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, cleanand well arranged, the bathroom was very spacious too and variousshampoo and shower gels were offered. The room service was very nice andthe food really delicious. - The location was perfect for making an early morning flight out of Tegel airport. Can easily drop off luggage at

Ανεση των δωματίων. - Η εξυπηρέτηση που είχαμε από το προσωπικό. Bar, reception,(μάλιστα όταν ρώτησα για κάποια οδό μου εκτύπωσαν την διαδρομή μέσω google earth).Η guest relation μας εξυπηρέτησε ευγενικότατα και γρήγορα όταν θέλαμε να ενοικιάσουμε αυτοκίνητο.Το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν ευγενικό αλλά δεν κάνει την διαφορά.

1, This is a new hotel in a nice residential area only three subway
stops from the zoo station. The subway stop is a block away.
2. Several good restaurants in the immediate area.
3. Excellent buffet breakfast, albeit at 18 Euros a pop.

Το breakfast και οι πισίνες - High quality spotless hotel. Never seen so much choice at breakfast. Friendly staff and nice bar with tapas menu. Lovely pool area, steam room and saunas. Spacious, comfortable room and very modern. Water restocked in room daily. Nice position next to lake and well worth its 4 stars. Included was travel for 2 days and

Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". -
The reception staff were excellent, we loved being offered a hot towel on our arrival. They cheerfully greeted us every time we came and went.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time. The hotel was perfectly placed, just a couple of minutes from the s-bahn at Savignyplatz, a non-stop trip of about 35-40 mins from Schönefeld airport, and the u-bahn at Uhlandstrasse. Many, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and plenty of bars and cafes. The hotel was outstanding, and its hard to believe that those people who gave it any negative comments actually stayed here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening.
The spa area is amazing.
Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours!
There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.

The hotel location is great and well positioned for the City Tour bus, and the railway station and for many fine restaurants and bars. - Central location, modern ambiente, very convinient set up, helpful people, all in all I have not missed anything.

Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time
