  The staff being very helpful and understandably experienced. The manager himself had to assist us with directions and as well as inputting addresses into our Navigation Systems.   For a short ( 3 night) stay in central Berlin, we found it very good value for money. The rooms were very basic, but clean. We were really only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. (Not so good if you expect to spend a lot of time in your room; e.g. no tv).   It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.
