The attention to detail in everything. I felt like I was at home and could really relax. My room was immaculate. They even cleaned the dust off the pipes under the sink. We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. Very well organised, close proximity to the airport, clean and spacious.
Excellent value for money. prices for drinks and food are slightly out of line with German (airport) prices. - The location, amenities, and staff were all excellent, We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very helpful staff at the reception; indeed, as we read here before, there are two nice restaurants (Italian and Bavarian cuisine) nearby where you can have a fantastic delicious dinner; no noise of the aircrafts taking off and lending, in spite of the airport quite close to the hotel. - Friendly staff, reasonably priced room, great value. Very convienent- close to the airport- shuttle service (reasonable fee) Very clean and spacious I would highly recommend this hotel it is the same area as some other more expensive hotels so equally accessible to airport and from there the train into Munich -Staff even gave us a bus schedule and highlighted our stop ! Very nice little hotel even better than some four star hotels that I've stayed at! Room was large, comfortable and bathroom elegant. All the hotel staff are fantastic and friendly. Breakfast is well presented, vast and complete. Small kitchen available with water boilers. Within walking distance to the centre of Erding and a short drive to the Therme. Easy to reach Munich as well.

Erding itself is lovely and a nice break from the crowds in Munich.
I particularly liked the proximity to the Erding Thermen, which are about my most favorite place in the world.

Spent a weekend in December as part of visit to Erding Therme. Very friendly staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Free shuttle bus to Therme made the journey very easy. The location was close to the town centre yet very quiet.
