We took this hotel for one night before our flight from Duesseldorf. We found that it was the very comfortable place and it was completely suitable for our expectation and purposes. - nice room, good beds, very clean, good breakfast buffet

Hotel Destination 21 was exactly what we had in mind when I went to the
web to find a place to end two weeks of blissful train, plane, and
cruise travel from Nashville, tn to Dusseldorf, Brussels, Italy, and
Greece. We wanted to re-experience the Germany we love, but had not seen
for many years. We wanted a guest house atmosphere rather than a hot

atmosphere. We wanted sparkling white linens, feather type pillows and
blankets and we were delighted to find those and very modern bathroom
fixtur -
Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

A cosy not expensive hotel near the airport. It is very convenient to stay there before your flight.
A manager was so kind that met us at the U-station and brought to the hotel.
He also provided transportation to the airport.
Very benevolent staff, nice garden, clean comfortable room, good breakfast served by a charming lady, etc.

location - The hotel was renovated few months ago and it looks nice. It is reallycosy and quite close to the city center and exhibition ground. It iswell connected with the city in terms of public transportation. Thehotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed - Friendly "small hotel" welcome and service. Responded to email and gave advance info re restaurants etc. Good location and fair room price. Lovely breakfast. Nearby tram stop for easy travel to/from city centre. Recommended and would use again.

I loved that it felt that we were in the country, but we were also close to the shopping area. It was just a walk to the Rhine River and we were able to catch a cruise boat from Kaiserwerth to Dusseldorf and back again. The setting of this Hotel is fantastic, the gardens sweep down to the Rhein and yet you are still in the city. Beautiful quiet area. Considering that I had booked for the wrong day, the owner went out of their way to accomodate me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are some great restaurants along the Rhein and within walking distance. Everything about this Hotel is a YES!
