Very pleasant accommodation for one or two day stay. Certainly when combined with the excellent restaurant it is a treat. Small scale hotel, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff (hotel/restaurant) is very helpful and friendly. All in all one feels very welcome there.

I would like to recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax. This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. This hotel was under construction during my stay, but being a weekend there was absolutely no dosturbances. I can only imagine the 5* service once the hotel is really on its feet - I could not recommend this hotel strongly enough - The building is currently a building site! The reception is Ok but once we got off the lift on the third floor, we come out into a building site again before our room!

I loved our two nights at the Quisisana!!! We were treated royally and loved every minute of it. What a dream weekend!! I let the staff know that it was our first time to Baden - Baden and that my wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they graciously upgraded our room to the most luxurious room I have every seen much less spent the

I cannot thank the staff enough!!! - Very quiet and peaceful setting, friendly helpful and courteous staff, only ten minute walk to centre of Baden Baden via a very pretty route. Hotel has a complimentary taxi to restaurants in the evening. Good breakfast, I had a single room and often these can be of poorer quality. It was a big room with a balcony and a prime view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I felt very safe and comfortable as I was staying on my own. The breakfast was wonderful and I will always remember it. The decor of the hotel was so elegant that I was continually appreciating my surroundings. Position was excellent. - Excellent location and services. Excellent breakfast but every day was the same.

Ideal central location, quaint and authentic German ambience, proximity to Caracella bath and to downtown shopping/dining, lovely vacation apartment with plenty of room for family, friendly staff, hearty breakfast with plenty of variety, great value compared with other hotels we considered, dog-friendly. Exactly the experience we were hoping for!
