I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels. It is not oft
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » en that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.

For me Location was great advantage for 2 reasons, first and foremost it is very close to Very Big Mall City Centre which offers lot of options for shopping and is full of some good restuarants...also there is one convenience store in mall, where one can buy all the routine stuff at good price..second it was also close to exhibition centre in mess

Helpful and pleasant desk staff who all seemed to speak good English. The hotel must be very new - everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Room was quite large by German standards, with twin beds, a sofa, and desk with chair. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet (included) was very good.

This is a perfectly adequate mid-range budget hotel, in a modern building and therefore without any historical character! It is situated a short walk from Augsburg's main rail station (although rather further than we had been led to believe).
Good access to local restaurants and shops, although at present it is a bit of a walk to reach most public

Augsburg as a city does not disappoint - it has a splendid collection of old buildings including one of the finest Town Halls i -
We were pleasantly surprised, Ibis Augsburg and Augsburg itself far exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, efficient and hard-working. It was a great room layout, very comfortable bed, fabulous location, walk everywhere and two minutes from station. Value for money

the very good value for money. Everything there was easy for access. We could walk to the city center in two minutes. Parking on the street free in between 6pm and 10am.

Super !!!!! - As roadside hotels are often little patches of paltry purgatory, this one is very different. While facilities are understandably spartan, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are most helpful.

A well-appointed and very comfortable hotel in a pleasant village not far from the motorway. Restaurant was closed but directed to a good local restaurant/Gasthaus very nearby.Breakfast was ok but seemed to want to charge extra for juice or eggs which was strange. -
We asked for a quiet room and got it. The owner suggested a good place to eat in

It's an ideal stop on way through Germany as close to motorway.
