The staff was very nice, all of them were helpful and easy to deal with, anything I asked for it, they made it for me with a nice smile on their faces. They are able to make for you a tour program, and also they are dealing with such a nice drivers, really they are nice people. The boss of the hotel was so hospitality with us. I recommend for this hotel, and yes I'll do it again with the same hotel :).

Location is very good, five min walk to Liberty Square, five min to Funicular. Old city I think is close also. Lots of shops near by, a few bars and restaurants also. A very good stay!. Although not in the immediate city center, the location is pretty successful, as it takes only ten minutes to walk to downtown. Room size and conditions are much better, especially compared to many similar type of hotels in Tbilisi. Personnel is quite hospitable, welcoming and always willing to help. Everything was so great. The hotel is close to the centre of city and you can get there easily by walking. The employees were helpful and friendly.I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Tbilisi. I liked the hotel's design, the staff's overall friendliness and readiness to help. In my opinion, anyone would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel for the same price. nice hotel with great location. very quite and clean. rooms are good and comfortable. strongly recommend this holet. But the hotel wasn't an exeption - hospitality business have to learn a lot in Gorgia. nothing i didnt like. Little bit night noise from busy street. Breackfast very poor, smell in room, don't have lock and bin. No silence. الموقع سيء في وسط الحواري و الشارع في شوارع فرعية غير مريح للمشي الى الفندق في الليل. قريب من مركز المدينة ومن شارع الشردني. الفطور غير متنوع. لايوجد اصنصير في الفندق. السعر مرتفع للموقع وللخدمات المقدمة. - rude and unpleasant staff - calling room at midnight to sort out bill - inept and apparently unaware of how to use a credit card - strongly advise against using this hotel based on the rude, unhelpful and generally useless staff. Smoking smell in the room. Very noisy.Poor breakfast.
