Location was good, central- just 400 metres from the Castle which is the main attraction in the small town. We got 2 rooms on the third floor with balconies- quite nice. We didn't opt for breakfast. the location is perfect to have dinner, see the night show in Versailles and come back to rest without the hustle of the train. The hotel is also comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Location fantastic! Staff good! Comp'd our parking fee because of the construction work going on at the hotel. Didn't partake in breakfast. Across from tube stn. Well, the hotel is in walking distance to RER station Versailles Chateau, RG and the Chateau itself. Lying inside a small passage you got souvenir shops, restaurants, cash machines all within a 5min walk max. Very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location for the Versailles Chateau was amazing!. very near the palace. Wifi was very slow!. the staff was definitely very unfriendly during our stay and there is only one small lift for everyone (no access through the stairs). The bathroom is very small even for Ibis hotel. Room tiny but otherwise good! Didn't like having to go 3 floors underground to park to take an elevator to street to get to hotel. Nothing else. Room and en-suite very small but fine for a one night stay. Room very small and thin walls. lack of tea/coffee facility. Small rooms that were functional for sleeping in but you wouldn't want to spend any other time in there. Rooms are very small, there is no place to open your suitcase and there is no wardrobe. Inside first floor rooms (I assume only those) you get lots of noise until 2 or 3 in the morning probably coming from the karaoke bar downstairs. If you want to sleep this is quite annoying. Not special to this hotel, but I'd like a "bog brush". The rooms and bathrooms as the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel room. The only food they offered was pre-made and can be reheated. Additionally, letsbookhotel.com had this listed as 3 star but the hotel when we got there was only 2 star and it definitely didn't deserve another one. The room was too warm and we didn't sleep well. Aircon didn't work properly although I set the room temperature to 15 degrees.
