  Hotel is situated in a quite area on the opposite side of the river to the town. A short walk across the bridge and your are in the centre. The rooms were good and we had a ground floor room which opened onto a small area with outside seating which was great as it was hot. No air con but as it was quiet we could leave window open. Everything was immaculately clean. The WiFi was good - not super fast but good enough to check emails / browse the web. Breakfast was good with bread, yoghurt, compote, jams, honey and fresh coffee. The onsite parking was a bonus and being able to park right outside your room was good.

  I initially booked this B&B because of it's secure parking on site. This was perfect for our purpose, and much more besides. Our Saint Martin room was charming, clean, well designed and very peaceful. The grounds are charming and the location is walkable in to Tours. They made us welcome from the first minute, and did everything they could to help us to enjoy the beautiful city of Tours.
