The room was delightful, spacious and welcoming with excellent facilities and no traffic noise. We had the menu with wine inclusive and the meal was the best we have eaten for a long time with complimenting wine for each course. Service good. Staff and owners friendly and helpful. We arrived in rain in an open vintage car looking a little ragged but were treated more than courteously.
Really impressed. Arrived late and they still cooked a fantastic meal
for me. Tucked away a few miles from the motorway, I caught a late ferry
and was heading towards Germany the next day. Would definitely use it

The quality of the menu & cooking was a very pleasant surprise. Ideally situated for any journey from Calais/Dunkirk going north into Blegium or Holland.
Nice big room and very clean.
Directions could be clearer and sign quite faint.
Small problem with the bathroom window!.
evening meal menu not very good selection and breakfast very basic and again not much choice.
