The room was beautiful, the staff extremely courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was great. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our trip and we wished we had stayed longer.

This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

Welcome gluwein glass at time of arrival, complete service descriptionand large smiling welcome. - Only 15 minutes walking to the centre. Not noisy. Elevator. Flat TV. Double bed very convinient. We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg.
